SBH Lifesciences will do best to provide our products to you in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations is listed below.
Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery partners will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered in a good condition. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on Covid-19 advisories issued by the government. Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India. Our normal shipping for pre-paid orders will usually take 6-7 business days. On request of fast delivery process, extra charges would be applicable for express delivery. Unless otherwise specified, www.smotect.com will ship all pre-paid products free of cost. In the event, shipping charges are applicable for COD orders, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Products will be shipped only within India.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements for prepaid orders will not be accepted for products once shipped.
We are well-known for delivering our products in top-notch condition.

Instructions via a confirmation email following the validation call
Confirmation of receipt of the product purchased will be emailed to you right after your purchase.
Products of SBH Lifesciences once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or dietary preference lies entirely with you. We strongly urge you to go through the information relating to product ingredients and known any ingredients interference with your current allopathic medications if any, you are advised to consult your own physician before placing the order.

Cancellations
In case of requests for order cancellations, SBH Lifesciences reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
As part of usual business practice,
If SBH Lifesciences receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved or dispatched by SBH Lifesciences, SBH Lifesciences shall cancel COD orders only, pre-paid orders will not be considered for refunds, hence shall not be cancelled.
You agree not to dispute the decision made by SBH Lifesciences and accept SBH Lifesciences’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Returns/Exchange Policy
SBH Lifesciences shall accept only the following unused Products for returns/exchange:-
-where the complete product has not been delivered;
-where the Product is different from description on the Website/ Application;
-wrong quantity received.
You must notify SBH Lifesciences in writing within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the Product and must not consume the Product for being eligible for the return/exchange.
In the event that no such written notification is received by SBH Lifesciences within the time period mentioned above and/or the Product is consumed and/or if the Product was purchased using the cash on delivery (COD) option, SBH Lifesciences shall not be required to accept the return/exchange of the Product.
Upon receipt of a return request from you within the period mentioned, SBH Lifesciences shall collect the Product from you through its logistics partner at its cost and inspect the product.
Upon receiving the Product sought to be returned/exchanged by you, SBH Lifesciences shall be entitled to inspect whether there is in fact any defect or damage in the Product or if the Product has been consumed by you entitling you to return the Product or ask for a replacement.
In the event that no such written notification is received by SBH Lifesciences and/or the Product is consumed and/or the Product is not returned in the manner indicated by SBH Lifesciences, SBH Lifesciences shall not be required to accept the return of the Product.
All decisions in relation to the returns/exchange requests made by SBH Lifesciences shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decision in any manner whatsoever.Grievance Redressal Mechanism
